1) Import of Booking Excel
The system allows the download of Booking Excel, allowing users to input related information and automatically forwarding the document to a designated email. Users can directly import the information into the system, minimizing mistakes.

4) Electronic Filing
MyLogistic system allows the attachment of job numbers, which allows users to directly connect related documents or images to the interface of job number, and save it within the server, preventing the document from being accidentally deleted.
It can also be adapted and used along wtih the Full set document feature, which combines the receipt from the system and the document from Agent and exports it to a PDF file, making the whole process more efficient.
2) Supports American Shipments
Concerning the requirement for American shipments, the system will automatically verify the relationship between Master and House, without verification, the bill of lading will not be shown on the shipments.
3) House Bill lading P&L
Usual forwarder systems can only calculate up to the job number level of the income statement, complicating the calculation of the ratio of every bill of lading , causing possible failure in noticing incurring losses
The MyLogistic system can automatically calculate the revenue and expenditure of each Bill of Lading, making the calculations apparent.
