Technology Voucher Programme
Provide funding to SMEs for the use of technology services and
solutions to enhance productivity, upgrade or transform,
and strengthen competitiveness.
What is the Technology Voucher Programme (TVP)?
enterprises/organizations in using technology services and solutions to enhance productivity or upgrade and transform their business processes.
Starting from April 1, 2020, the government has further enhanced the TVP by increasing the funding ratio for each approved project from two-thirds to three-quarters. The funding ceiling per applicant has been raised from HKD 400,000 to HKD 600,000, and the maximum number of approved projects has increased from four to six. (Note: These measures apply only to applications submitted on or after April 1, 2020. Applicants who submitted applications before this date and wish to apply for higher funding under the enhanced measures should withdraw their original applications in the TVP system (https://tvp.itf.gov.hk) and submit a new application on or after April 1.)

資助金額

每間申請企業的最高累計資助金額上限（連項目審計費）合共為港幣二百萬元。

除獲批項目所需的審計費用外，政府最多資助個別項目總核准開支的三分之二 ，而申請企業須承擔該項目的餘下總核准開支。

每個項目均須進行審計，獲資助的審計費用最多為港幣一萬元，並會計入申請企業的累計資助金額內。

每間申請企業最多可獲資助四個核准項目，而每一個核准項目必須在24個月內完成。
-
實際資助金額將按實報實銷原則或每間申請企業最高累計資助金額上限進行計算，以較低者爲準。
-
獲批的項目不能同時受惠於其他的政府資助計劃。
Scope of Funding
The Technology Voucher Programme (TVP) provides funding for technology services and solutions to help applicants enhance productivity or upgrade and transform their business processes.
Assessment
After receiving the application, the Innovation and Technology Commission will verify its eligibility and conduct a preliminary assessment.
Disbursement of Funding
The Innovation and Technology Commission will disburse the first installment of funding according to the applicant's request after signing the funding agreement with the applicant.
Procurement
When applicants purchase equipment/hardware/software/other assets or consulting services, they must comply with the following rules :
Application Procedure
Step 1: Register and Submit Application

Register as a user through the Technology Voucher Programme (TVP) system.

Submit the application along with the required documents:

Copy of the Business Registration Certificate
-
Proof of Business Operations
-
Copy of the signatory's identification document
-
Copy of the expenditure quotation
Step 3: Implement the Project
Successful applicants must sign a funding agreement and complete the project within 12 months, submitting a final report.
Step 2: Application Approval

All applications are approved by the Technology Voucher Programme Committee:

The relevance of the proposed project to the applicant's business
-
Whether the budget is reasonable
-
Whether the implementation details are specific and feasible
-
Whether the relevant consultants or service providers have any adverse records
Step 4: Disbursement of Funding
Funding will be disbursed up to three-quarters of the total approved project cost. Within two months after project completion, the following documents must be submitted:

Overall report
-
Proof of project outcomes
-
Original or copy of payment receipts for each expenditure item
